1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to stock issues, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Times (USA)

Estimated delivery times once your order is shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery method selected

  • Order weight and size

  • Delivery address

We occasionally offer Free Shipping Promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number and link to follow your package

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after receiving your tracking number.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Lexoti is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information

If an order is returned because of an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lexoti is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed

  • Damage caused during transit by the carrier

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  2. Provide your order number and details

  3. Include photos if the item arrived damaged

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a solution based on your situation.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • PO Boxes (for certain oversized items)

Some product categories may have shipping restrictions depending on state regulations.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order contains pre-order or backordered items:

  • They will ship as soon as the products are back in stock

  • You will be updated via email with revised shipping timelines

  • Combined shipping may apply if multiple items were purchased together
